mr. suneel from housekeeping kept my room immaculate. the breakfast restaurant staff provided efficient, friendly service. chef said ensured every guest felt satisfied with their meal. koyel, brayan, mwna, mahamud, and swapnil were consistently attentive.

i found that the minibar in the room could have been colder.
